Hello there!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Inspired by posts<\/a> out there<\/a> from other game designers, I decided to revisit the blog format as a way to get thoughts out there about design, indie games, (technical) narrative design, and other things on my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I already have a steady monthly newsletter that will highlight top-level studio news, I thought making something smaller, less polished, and more regular would be a productive outlet for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I really enjoyed making the devlogs for Bundle of Joy, and I want to use the blog as an opportunity to unpack that game more in the coming weeks. But I also felt like I needed some writing space to explore games I’ve been playing, design concepts, rants about teaching\/work, and provide some perspective on making games as a Solo Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So… expect semi-regular posts from me here, hopefully on a weekly basis, but who knows?
